If you have access to internet or phone banking, why not use BPAY? ePharmacy receives a file from the bank each morning telling us of all the completed transactions that have occurred in the last 24 hours.
On receipt of this payment, the order is processed and dispatched.

Orders can be placed via phone by calling 1300 367 283 8am to 7pm (Qld time) Monday to Friday or 9am to 4pm Sat and Sun. We accept Visa, Mastercard and BPay.

All credit card numbers are housed within a secure environment. We never record a copy of your credit card details.
ePharmacy will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. ePharmacy will accept returns of non-prescription lines within 30 days with proof of purchase. Goods must be in acceptable condition and ePharmacy must be contacted prior to sending.
Prescription lines ordered by a patient cannot be refunded or returned. All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and unopened on return. Postage will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply.
