ePharmacy uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.

Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

The following products are excluded from the free freight over $99 offer – VSL#3, Urocit-K and Gelclair. The freight for these products is a flat rate of $7.00.


Postage and handling for international orders

International customers can now chose from 3 postage options to most countries. Germany and Netherlands orders are unable to be placed as the local customs have not accepted many of our parcels in the past. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Express Courier International:
Full express door-to-door service, with online tracking. Delivery times vary between 2 – 5 working days to most countries*

Express Post International:
Express Post International offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary between 3 – 6 business days to most countries*

Airmail:
Only available for New Zealand Customers. Parcels can take 4 – 10 business days to deliver*

ePharmacy will despatch on the same day the order is received providing the order is received before 10.00am (EST) and goods are in stock. All other orders will be despatched the next business day. Prescriptions will be dispensed and despatched the same day the actual prescription is received.
