Blackmores Pregnancy & Breast-Feeding Formula Gold is specially formulated to provide the essential nutrients a woman requires prior to and during pregnancy, as well as when breast-feeding. Two capsules per day provide recommended dietary intake quantities of most vitamins for a pregnant woman, plus minerals and oils essential for baby's health.

Adults:
Take two capsules daily with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
