I saw these on Today Tonight and thought I would give it a try. Well, I have been using these capsules for 2 months now and after about 3 weeks, the pain and stiffness in my knee and both hands has improved dramatically, i can easily climb stairs and and feel much better overall. I stopped taking mobic and I have been painfree for over a month now. I have OA and would recommend these to everyone, just give it a try, it works wonders.

I have been taking these capsules now for about a month and the difference is amazing.I can walk now without too much pain in my knees and stand straight up with ease.I have been taking celebrex which was excellent and now only take one on the days that I play golf. I have tried everything else going, but these have really worked for me.

I use this together with Seatone and have found that the claim you can get up and down from the toilet without pain and stiffness in knees is true. Two together have made living with arthritis a lot easier than taking glucosamine + shark cartilage as I did for 15 yrs. Have to take into account transition period and ease into it on higher dose of Seatone and dont take any fish oil as full of Omega 3 - or will end up in with diarrhoea.
