MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Great for coarse hair.
Great product! Wonderfully light, super cleansing and smells delicious. This light-weight shampoo cleans the hair and scalp without stripping the hair. I alternate this with the banana shampoo. Deep cleanses and nourishes coarse, frizzy, unruly hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply loved the packaging. Very nicely packed, cute-looking weightless bottle - easy to carry. And I am very much impressed with the fact that it is a natural shampoo with no chemicals in it. It looks like a milk-shake syrup bottle. I love the amazing smell as well. I liked using it and will look forward to continuing it. Overall, very happy with the results. AMAZING PRODUCT.I would recommend people to use this wonderful product. And I think the best advantage of using it is - it will not make your hair sticky soon and you can go on, without washing your hair for a good 3-4 days. And I am a new mother - very difficult for me to take care of my hair right now, so I am very pleased to be given such a great product to try. And now after using this shampoo, I usually wash her hair twice or once a week. I will recommend it to everybody - especially for whom, due to time tight etc - it’s difficult to take care of your hair - get this product and leave your worries and thinking behind .And I will be continuing to use it. And if I talk about the fizziness miracle, so I tell you my hair texture is light and frizzy - so it’s still there, but definitely, this shampoo is helping reduce it. Overall experience- very nice, simply loved it.And yes, of course, it makes you feel good and refresh.

Yes to Macadamia Hair food!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so how CUTE are the bottles! I actually already use the Macadamia Hairfood in the hair masks, so initially I was pretty keen to try the shampoo/conditioner so I could start using it all as a set!
I liked how the shampoo lathered in my hair, distributed evenly all over, rinsed out well. I actually have quite dry hair along with alot of fly aways, but I felt it helped just that little bit, my hair just felt smoother and more manageable which I loved:) my ends of my hair weren't as fly away/fluffy which added bonus brownie points! So yes, I would definetly recommend it to others, and add the hair mask too!
