Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Directions
Retinol may cause initial redness, tingling or dryness. Your skin will need time to get used to this powerful ingredient. It is recommended to introduce it gradually.
WEEK 1: Apply one pea-sized pump 2 nights per week to face, avoiding the eyelids. Use an additional pea-sized pump for the neck and decolletage. Always use a broad spectrum sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15 the morning after to protect skin.
WEEK 2: Apply every other night.
WEEK 3: Apply nightly as tolerated.
Avoid intentional exposure to sun and artificial UV, as skin may be more sensitive. It is normal to experience some initial redness, tingling or dryness while using Retinol. If this happens, stop using it for a few days, then use less frequently. If severe irritation develops and lasts, discontinue use and talk to your doctor. Do not use on broken/irritated skin or on eyelids or lips. Do not use in conjunction with other Retinol products.

Impressive dispensing unit and rich creamy product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clever innovative packaging is a far cry from the traditional tubs or tubes, no more using spatulas or wasting product under my fingernails. The simple pump action lid dispenses a dollop to apply to one's face and neck - once you work out if you need a hard press or subtle press. My first application was quite rigorous and I found myself applying a little too much of the cream. It took me a few applications to perfect the perfect amount that I needed. I have sensitive skin it was quite tingly, but its consistency is rich and hydrating, non-greasy and its scent reminded me of being in a beauty spa. I haven't used many retinol creams before so I didn't have any expectations, but I noticed a difference in my facial fine lines & ageing spots and the subtleness of my face and neck. I loved using this before bed at night but it did take a few weeks to get used to, although I also used the entire product which I don't normally do. After some weeks I did find it drying out my skin however my beauty advisor at Priceline suggested that I make sure to apply daily moisturiser and a serum, which I did so effectively that I feel this would be a bump addition to a weekly routine.
