MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

- This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice before we can dispatch this product. You must first place the order and then contact our pharmacists within 48 hours on 1300 367 283.
The pharmacist will determine if this product is appropriate for you and if so, approve the order. In the event that you do not do this, the product will be deleted from your order and the balance of your order will be dispatched.
This is not required if you have a doctor's prescription.

Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my son’s favourite meat puree. We always have one in the cupboard as a back up dinner, whether it’s for on the go or just at home after a busy day. If he’s refusing dinner, I can always rely on this pouch because I know he’s going to eat it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these pouches - Raffertys Garden is such a great brand. These are my son’s favourite and were ideal for lunch/dinner when my toddler refused normal food, as this still provided him nutrition. They are delicious and the perfect consistency/texture for new babies to explore or for toddlers who are picky as they get the same taste every pouch, it never changes. These are great for our and about, as you can give your child a yummy snack/meal on the go wherever you are. Great for busy parents.

My baby adores Rafferty's Garden pouches, especially the chicken, vegetables, and rice flavor. It's his ultimate favorite! I've tried other brands, but none compare in taste and quality. I love that they contain no nasties, preservatives, artificial colors, flavors, or added salt or sugar. I feel confident giving them to him, even when we're on the go. They're a staple in our home, especially when I don't have time to prepare homemade food. The convenient pouch packaging makes them perfect for any occasion, whether at room temperature or heated up. Highly recommend for busy parents

Great Product
My little one absolutely loves raffertys garden pouches. I have tried other brands with him but this is the one he loves and chicken , vegetables and rice is his ultimate favourite.
Its has no nasty, no preservatives, no artificial colours, no artificial flavours and no added salt, sugar or GM. a I feel very confident giving them to him.
Even though he isn't 6 months anymore and now bigger, he will still eat one when we are out or shopping to keep him full. They have been a staple at our home especially if I have not had time to make up my own food.
They are in a handy pouch and can be eaten at room temperature or heated up.
