MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
For Relief and Recovery of Joints & Muscles. Pain Away's active ingredients are traditionally used in western herbal medicine for the relief of - Symptoms of mild arthritis, bruising, mild joint pain and inflammation, muscle pain and inflammation, muscle sprains, strains & soreness.
Warnings
Contains Ethanol. External use only: Avoid contact with eyes, open wounds and mucous membranes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Ingredients
Arnica Montana Flower Tincture, Rosemary Oil, Boswellia Carterii Extract, Eucalyptus Oil. Also contains Lavender Oil, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E.
Directions
Directions for use - Shake well before use. Most effective when liberally applied, Eg. 4-6 pumps of the spray on affected and most importantly surrounding areas. Lightly rub in and reapply after 30 seconds. For optimum results, repeat 4-5 times daily for 3 to 5 days. When you feel acute pain has subsided, use Pain Away Arthritis Pain Relief Spray at least once each morning & evening for continued temporary relief. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.

Great pain relief
I use the Pain away spray and also the roll-on. Both are great to relieve my arthritis pain. I use the Pain away roll- on at night time, as i don't have to wash my hands afterwards.

I have an on going pain in my knee like being jabbed with a red hot needle.I have had injections (some worked for couple of weeks some didn't ); have tried every type of balm and snake oil known to man but since using your pain away spays the relief is incredible. Spay first thing in to morning,2 or 3 times during the day and last thing at night for a full uninterrupted nights sleep,now carry one in the car. Great product

Spot On!!!
I use this product regularly as I have found it to be effective on my pain relief for arthritis. One of the added benefits of using this spray version is that you can apply the spray to areas that are difficult to reach. Arthritis sufferers will know how difficult it can be to apply cream etc to parts of the body when your mobility or flexibility is restricted. From my experience I can heartedly recommend this product.

It's convenient, compact and easy to use
