MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

General Information
Highly concentrated moisturising cream for baby’s skin. Contains 3 types of moisturising ingredients to help replenish baby’s skin and relieve dry areas. Non greasy, easily absorbed and long lasting. Moisturises for 24 hours.

Amazing Moisturiser!
I bought this moisturiser initially for my 1 year old daughter and the results were so good on her skin that I started using it on myself as a whole body moisturiser! It has been a great product for the whole family. A little of the cream goes a long way so you don't need to use much to get a great softening effect on your skin and it isn't greasy or thick so you can dress pretty much as soon as you put it on. I will definitely continue to keep buying this, especially now the winter has come and we all are starting to get slightly drier skin than normal.

QV moisturising cream
I purchased the 500ml pump bottle of this cream because my 2 month old had really dry, rough skin on her forehead/face.
I have been using the QV gentle wash for ten years so had very high expectations of this moisturiser and have not been disappointed. It is absaloutley fantastic.
It is a very rich, creamy texure so only a minimal amount of product is needed. It is fragrance free, very fast absorbing with no greasy/ oily feel left behind on the skin.
I noticed an immediate difference in her skins appearance after applying, softer and smoother, no visible dry, flaky patches. Used at night after her bath and in the morning her skin is still appearing moisturised and feeling soft to the touch. It really helps to deeply hydrate the dry patches and soothe the skin.
This moisturiser is absaloutley worth every cent, a little goes a long long way and it is top notch quality with immediate relief from dryness and flare ups. I wish I had discovered this sooner, will absaloutley continue to re purchase.

Amazing baby product
My daughter has sensitive skin and this cream works wonders on her. She was getting eczema and irritated skin. I have this cream a go on her skin to try and relieve the eczema rash. The next day I already started seeing results. It comes in 250g so it actually lasts a while before I need more. This product absorbs in to the skin nicely and doesn’t leave the baby all slippery. It is fragrance free so doesn’t irritate your baby with a strong smell. This product is perfect for newborns and up. It worked wonders for my baby and I even tried it on myself and loved it.
