MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

La Roche-Posay® Anthelios Ultra Cream SPF 50+ is lightweight facial sunscreen with very high* UVA/UVB broad spectrum protection. Specially designed for normal to dry skin. *Tested AS/NZS 2604.2012
This facial sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF50+, contains an innovative UV filtering system to provide very high* UVA and UV protection.
Anthelios Ultra Cream is a light but moisturising sunscreen that is ultra- comfortable, non- greasy and offers SPF 50+ broad spectrum protection.
Designed for normal to dry skin types, Anthelios Ultra Cream has been dermatologically tested around the sensitive eye area.
With anti-oxidant Baicalin, Anthelios Ultra Cream fights free radicals on the surface of the skin. Fragrance-free Paraben-free Non-comedogenic.

Warnings
For external use only. Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. Wear protective clothing, hats and eyewear when exposed to the sun. Not to be used on broken skin, damaged or diseased skin. If the pump no longer releases any product, shake then squeeze the tube while pressing down on the pump.

Directions
Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection so wear protective clothing and seek shade. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, towelling and perspiring in accordance with directions.

Holy grail of sunscreen
I love this sunscreen. Definitely delivers - never stings my eyes, scent is non existent, and hasn’t broken me out (for the short time I’ve been using it). The texture is medium thick and I like the feeling of it, more so than the thin texture of the invisible fluid La Roche Posay sunscreen I was using before I tried this one. Only need a few pumps for whole face. Quite moisturising, perfect for winter. Leaves a beautiful finish, isn’t greasy and layers well with my other products/makeup. The only con is the price (although it’s cheaper than some other more up-market sunscreens), small product size, and I wish it were water/sweatproof for summertime and outdoor activities.
