Magnum XL has that tapered shape but its base is only 58mm and it's already their biggest. I've always struggled to use condoms until I've learned there are much larger sizes out there, they're just hard to find. I need 69mm but apparently there's no condom of that size in Australia or even America. 64mm will do, just disappointing that you can't find it in stores and had to be specially ordered online. That's poor product discovery, and shipping to Sydney city costs almost double the product itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit tight for me, but they do what it says on the tin, etc. I live a couple of hundred metres from a Chemist Warehouse shop that has a wide range of condoms for sale, yet I have to buy mine on the Internet & pay for P&H because the shop doesn't stock a single packet of this (or any larger) size. The comical habit of condom manufacturers to flatter their customers notwithstanding, I don't think I'm exceptionally well-endowed (for a Caucasian anyway). Maybe I'm wrong about that, but in any case, is it too much to ask that the above average be catered for as well as the below average?
