MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION
- Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

Ingredients

Directions
Use only the scoop provided for measurement of the powder. One serve is prepared by adding five scoops of formula into 220ml of water. Scoop contains approximately 7.4g. Use potable water for reconstitution. Powder mixes best in warm water.
Alternately add the required powder to a smaller quantity of water for easier mixing and make up to 250ml.

Each serve should be prepared individually. If the serve is to be stored prior to use it must be kept refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
For a cold drink and ice cubes or place in the back of the refrigerator for one hour prior to drinking.

Happy tummy
Great product. My son has been on this brand since a baby when I had to mix feed, when we tried cow format he cried alot with gas pain. When changing it stopped. Now he still enjoys a drink before bed as a toddler. My only upset is I wish the tin was available at distribution centres on the shelves and not just online. Sometimes it takes too long for the order to be processed and you cannot go in and get this particular tin at many other outlets.

Perfect for the three year old!
I only found out recently there was a stage 4 goats milk. I bought three straight away as the little three year old still doesn’t like the taste of milk and is very fussy with what he likes. It’s perfect with added probiotics in which the earlier stages do not contain.
